Heavy oil spray foam-free cleaning agent - organic amine ester (TPP)

I.  Product Introduction:

TPP water-based multifunctional additive is a methyl alkanolamine ester scale and corrosion inhibitor. It has dual functions of dispersing and dissolving metal surface oxide layers (microscopic level), and is also a low-odor, low-volatility organic amine compound.

II.  Typical Characteristics:

III.  Unique Properties:

1. Substitute for ammonia or other alkaline amines; low phosphorus; low odor; non-toxic; stabilizes pH; widely applicable!

2. Can form stable complexes with various metal ions such as iron, copper, and zinc, and can dissolve oxides on metal surfaces (microscopic level). Provides excellent corrosion inhibition, remains stable even at high pH, is not easily hydrolyzed, and generally does not decompose under normal light and heat conditions. When compounded with other surfactants, it exhibits ideal synergistic effects!

3. Due to the foam-free characteristics of organic amine esters, this raw material can be used in foam-free or low-foam spray cleaning, with market performance superior to general foam-free surfactants!

IV.  Usage Recommendations:

1. Recommended dosage 3-10% (by mass);

2. The proportion can be appropriately increased based on different formulations (e.g., glass cleaners; abrasive powder cleaning), etc.

V. Combination Suggestions:

Heavy oil spray foam-free cleaning: 10% or more inorganic salt + TPP (unlimited) + TCP (unlimited) + 201 + 200 + AG1202. Due to heavy oil stains, foam may appear superficially, but in practice, the cleaning line operates foam-free once started. Customers can be assured that this method is effective, nearly foam-free, and delivers excellent results.

VI. Packaging and Storage:

230 kg plastic drum. This product is not a flammable or explosive hazardous material. Store in a well-ventilated, dry environment at 5-40°C. Avoid coexistence with acids, alkalis, and oxidizers. Seal the container after use. Shelf life: 12 months.
